Refund and Returns Policy

At Fuzys, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Downloadable digital products.
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@fuzys.site within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Ship the item back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
